Spring 2010 Class Schedule

Class meets on Mondays, from 8:00-10:00 p.m. at NIH Building T-39 Aerobics Facility, Bethesda, MD. Please allow extra time to get through the NIH security checkpoint.

You may also call ahead to have a class member to meet you at the gate to assist you to T-39. Please call Joan at 240-505-0339 if you would like help finding the Monday night class at T-39.

Drop-in fee $5 - free during summer 2010!!
